The Need for Deep Renovation

In our lives, we often focus on making external changes—new habits, better routines, or even a fresh look. But these exterior renovations can be shallow and temporary. Just like home renovations, a fresh coat of paint couldn't hide the deeper issues. Our lives need more than surface-level fixes. True transformation begins with Jesus working on our hearts, addressing the root causes of our sins, and reshaping our desires. This deep work brings lasting joy, fulfillment, and peace.

Bible Verse

'Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.' - Philippians 1:6

Reflection Question

Where in your life have you been focusing on exterior changes rather than allowing Jesus to work on the deeper issues?

Prayer

Lord, help me to see the areas in my life where I need deep renovation. Give me the courage to surrender these areas to You and trust in Your transformative power. Amen.
