Devotional
When we pray, we address God as 'Father', a term that signifies intimacy and reverence. This privilege is not something we are born with but something we receive through faith in Jesus Christ. By the cross and by the resurrection of Jesus, we can be made right with God. When we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, we're adopted into God's family, and we have all the rights and privileges that come with being a child of God. This relationship transforms our prayers from mere words to heartfelt conversations with our loving Father.
Bible Verse
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. - John 1:12
